     Clare Cable TeleVision started its business as a cable television (catv) service provider in the area of San Luis, Batangas. In 2008, Clare Cable TeleVision was requested by the Sanggunian of the Municipality of Taal to open and expand its business in Taal, providing a competitive and quality catv service in the area. After 5 long years of legal deliberations at the National Telecommunications Commission, Clare Cable TeleVision was granted a permit to operate in Taal, Batangas on January 2013.

     In compliance to NTC directives, the company upgraded its CatV services from analog to digital platforms in 2016. In the same year, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) rollout activities also started on the two areas and equipments were installed to technologically modernize the system, thereby providing quality internet signals with its primary objective to provide efficient, less maintenance, fast response services.

     FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) by definition is a communication architecture in which a subscriber (home) is directly connected to the central station (headend) via fiber optic cable, wherein noise reduction and other interfering factors were addressed to provide reliable signal transmission and faster internet speed. Today, Clare Cable TeleVision strives to promote its vision and mission in providing quality and reliable Internet and CatV Services in the areas of San Luis, Taal and Sta. Teresita, province of Batangas. Awarded by DICT for its Pipol Konek project, it provides the internet highway to public wifi government sites in the three areas. During the pandemic, the company further expands its services to remote areas, to cater to the needs of student online classes and augment work-from-home employee needs. Our central main office is located at Plaza Leyba, Rizal St., Poblacion Zone 12, Taal, Batangas. An internet hub, and office for inquiry and collection services are also located at Dulangan, San Luis and Poblacion 1, Sta. Teresita, Batangas.
